The government authority located in Bradenton, Florida seeks vendors to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the county's new fleet maintenance facility project. The scope of work includes earthwork, paving, grading, drainage, utility coordination, distributions and relocations, as well as information technology distribution, extensions and coordination. Additional elements are sidewalks, parking, fencing, signage, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and required roadway improvements as outlined in the construction plans.

The selected Construction Manager will also be responsible for conducting preliminary site investigations, ensuring quality assurance of the design, offering value engineering recommendations, and proposing alternatives for materials and systems. All vendor inquiries must be submitted no later than March 24, 2026.
