(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Portland, ME. – The industry–accepted role of a Construction Management (CM) at risk firm during preconstruction and construction execution. – Assisting with project planning, scoping, and estimating including estimate reconciliation exercises. – Providing recommendations regarding constructability, materials and equipment selection, and cost savings. – Holding sub–contracts for construction. – Providing a performance bond, a payment bond and insurance certificate.
