(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Orono, ME. – Construction management at risk services for the Boardman Hall modernization. – Ability to modern, interdisciplinary facility that integrates research and learning, supports enrollment growth, and fosters innovation to strengthen workforce and economy. – Strategic reallocation of circulation corridors to right-size offices and optimize usable square footage. – Exterior envelope upgrades, including façade restoration, energy-efficient retrofits, and full roof replacement. – Interior demolition, reconfiguration, and fit-out to create new classrooms, teaching labs, research labs, offices, study spaces, and collaboration areas. – Removal of south egress stairs to create larger, more connected interior spaces.
