(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Odessa, TX. – District-wide effort to modernize and expand its transportation operations as part of a voter-approved bond program. – Provide planning, programming, and design services for a new Transportation Facility to be developed. – Provide better access and vehicular circulation to the site and due to inadequacy and deficiencies of existing conditions. Building 5 will be renovated and expanded to serve as the primary facility. – Existing site infrastructure includes overhead electrical service, multiple on-site water wells, and a septic waste system, all of which will remain in use. – Project will include new asphalt paving on the northwest portion of the site for staff parking, as well as asphalt paving for bus parking and traffic circulation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026.
