DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide construction management as constructor (CM/C) services for a new facility project. The selected firm will assist the county in selecting the architecture/engineering (A/E) and construction management teams, and serve in an advisory capacity throughout the project lifecycle.
