(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and testing services to the government authority located in Mesa, CO. • Perform shop drawing/submittal reviews for conformance with project plans and specifications; coordinate review with the Design Consultant as appropriate. • Review and process contractor change orders / non–conformances, assess impacts (cost, schedule, quality), and report significant issues • Monitor project schedule, contractor’s work, stormwater and drainage permit compliance, and other permit / document requirements. • Facilitate Substantial Completion walk–through, prepare punch list, verify resolution/completion of punch list items prior to recommendation of final payment. • Provide daily on–site construction observation and documentation, including progress reports, photographs, field measurements. • Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan describing how all documentation, regulatory requirements, and contract obligations will be tracked and met. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
