(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and observation services to the government authority located in Palmdale, CA. – Provide construction management and observation services for overseeing the remodelling and renovation. – The construction manager shall be responsible for reviewing the design plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate and providing advice on the constructability of the 50% design and offer recommendations to improve construction efficiencies and reduce impacts to property owners and the traveling public. – Construction manager under the general direction of the project manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project construction management. – Provide a constructability review of the project plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate. – Review and track the contractor’s construction schedule. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026.
