Responsibilities include designating an experienced construction manager with a proven track record on similar upgrade projects, and overseeing pre-construction activities such as reviewing contract documents to identify potential challenges and critical project paths. The firm will be expected to coordinate and maintain detailed construction cost records, prepare and communicate lists of all required contractor submittals and critical due dates, and attend all necessary pre-construction, utility coordination, field, and progress meetings.
