(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Windsor, CA. – Provide engineering consulting for construction management, inspection, and materials testing services for the secondary treatment system upgrades project. – Provide and identify an experienced construction manager who has successfully delivered services on similar projects. – Pre–construction services include a review of contract documents to identify critical issues or foreseen critical paths. – Provide the contractor with a list of all required submittals and due dates when critical. – Maintain an accounting of construction costs. – Attend all pre–construction, utility coordination, field, and progress meetings. – Take pre–construction photos to document site conditions before work starts. – Provide the cm and design engineer with appropriate measurements and documentation to complete the record drawings or as–built drawings. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
