A government authority in San Rafael, CA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction management and inspection services for a superstructure multipurpose laboratory building project. The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive oversight of all testing, construction activities, inspections, acceptance procedures, and other project requirements to ensure compliance throughout all stages of construction.

Key responsibilities include conducting and documenting the preconstruction conference, leading weekly on-site construction meetings with the contractor’s supervisor, and holding additional meetings as needed. The vendor will provide ongoing inspections during both regular working hours and, as required, during nighttime construction between 7:00 pm and 5:00 am. Additional duties include monitoring and coordinating jobsite safety, overseeing contractor maintenance of field changes to project plans and specifications, as well as maintaining and submitting thorough project documentation such as inspection reports, photographs, and material testing reports.

The contract for these services will be for a period of one year. Vendors will be required to submit any questions regarding the project by December 23, 2025.
