(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in West Sacramento, CA.– Review, document, and correspond with the Contractor during construction.– Identify and facilitate procurement of long–lead materials and equipment for early purchase.– Review daily inspection reports, verify completed quantities, document progress, and notify the city of issues requiring resolution.– Review traffic control plans and coordinate with the city project manager.– Assist in claims analysis and dispute resolution.– Ensure implementation of the contractor’s safety plan, traffic control plan and field work per contract requirements.– Perform source inspection as needed for electrical materials.– Collect and review certified payrolls, conduct employee interviews, and verify prevailing wage rates.– Multiple shade structures and outdoor classroom areas.– Demolition of existing park features.– Outdoor fitness area.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
