(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and inspection services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– The intent of this Request for Proposals and resulting contract is to obtain full time construction management and construction inspection (CM/CI) services for the above referenced – The terms of the contract agreement shall be for the length of the construction project and close out.– Per the construction Specifications, Section 108.10, the construction project is to be substantially complete in seven–hundred and forty (720) calendar days and reach final construction completion in eight–hundred four (804) calendar days.
