(1) Vendor needs to provide construction inspection services to the government authority located in South Londonderry, VT. – Maintain communication with the on a regular basis. – Coordinate with the Municipality, Design Engineer, and the Construction Contractor(s). – Review and have a thorough understanding of contract plans, specifications, estimates and contract special provisions. – Preparation of Daily Reports, including documentation of pay item quantities. – Maintain a photographic record of the progress of construction, annotating such photos to indicate their content and context including date. – Accompany the, design engineer, state or federal representatives and municipal representatives on visits to the project. – Report immediately any unusual occurrences and all accidents occurring within the project limits to the, design engineer, and municipal representatives. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026.
