(1) Vendor needs to provide construction inspection services to the government authority located in Burlington, VT. – Construction inspection services for distribution improvements project. – Provide full time construction inspection services for the project so the selected consultant will be an important part of the team to help oversee all elements of the project. – On site inspection, there are administrative tasks for the construction inspector to assist. – Maintain a presence on the projects during times when contractor and subcontractor construction activities are underway. – Inspect and approve material sources and waste, borrow and staging areas, with due regard to approval and disapproval. – Erosion control monitoring in accordance with applicable permits. – Completing tie–sheets for all new curb stops and water valves installed as part of the project. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
