The Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), plans to solicit and award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for non-personal construction project management, inspection, and administrative support services covering all phases of construction projects.
