DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a pre-qualified consulting firm to provide construction engineering and inspection services for a multi-use trail and pedestrian bridge project. The construction scope includes a 12– to 14–foot–wide concrete multi–use trail and a 1,200–foot long, 16–foot wide pedestrian bridge.
Additionally, the project will begin at the west side of Dyer Boulevard in the northwest corner of the intersection of Osceola Parkway. The work includes replacing an existing 8–foot sidewalk with a 10–foot sidewalk as part of the Shingle Creek Trail construction. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 10, 2026.
