A government authority in Bartow, Florida is seeking qualified vendors to provide construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for sidewalk and street lighting projects, including the academy sidewalk. The selected firm will be responsible for monitoring contractor activities on-site, inspecting materials, and ensuring quality assurance by performing sampling and testing of component materials and completed work in accordance with construction contract specifications.
