(1) Vendor needs to provide construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.– Full–time qualified chief inspector and appropriate support services for construction inspection and engineering services.– Firm shall perform daily inspection and record keeping, attend weekly job meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, arrange for all material testing, submittal reviews, change order preparation, invoice processing, interaction with the public, city and state officials, and other work as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
