The Town of Carrboro, NC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive construction engineering and inspection services for municipal projects. The scope of work includes producing detailed Inspector’s Daily Reports that document construction activities throughout the life of the project. These daily reports, along with a comprehensive Project Diary tracking materials delivered, work performed, and other essential progress information, must be submitted to the Town on a weekly basis.

Additional responsibilities involve maintaining a submittal log, coordinating submittal reviews and approvals with relevant parties, and facilitating a preconstruction conference to assist Town staff with the execution of all contract documents. The vendor will also be required to maintain written correspondence with the contractor, conduct bi-weekly construction meetings, and create and maintain minutes of all project meetings.

The initial contract period for these services is two years. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
