A government authority in Guam is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction administration services. The selected firm will conduct regular site visits—no less than once per week and as needed—to observe and verify project progress, and prepare detailed site visit reports including photographic documentation.

Responsibilities will include reviewing and processing contractors’ requests for clarifications, payment requests according to the scheduled values, change order proposals, and substitution requests. The vendor will also conduct walkthroughs for the final project punch list to ensure all work is completed to specification.
