DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a qualified consultant to provide constituent relationship management strategy, consolidation assessment, and Slate migration services. The engagement will include strategic planning, system configuration, data migration, integration development, testing, and validation required to deliver a fully operational consolidated CRM environment.

The consultant will assess current Advancement data structures and workflows in Blackbaud and design a target Slate data model for Advancement. Services will include migrating Advancement records, cleansing and de-duplicating data, and validating the migrated information.

The project will also evaluate student success system options. One option is to retain Navigate and establish a robust bidirectional integration with Slate; the other is to migrate Student Success functions fully onto Slate. The resulting solution must support continuity of lifecycle data, including student interests, affiliations, co-curricular activities, post-graduation destinations, and other information used for donor identification and segmentation. Questions must be submitted by October 9, 2026.
