(1) Vendor needs to provide Consolidated Marketing Services. • Provide full–service creative strategy and execution to advance institutional, college, and unit–level marketing and communications goals. Work may include full website builds, microsite development, UX/UI design, accessibility audits, and integration with analytics and content management systems. Consolidated partnerships with marketing, design, communications, and production contractors into a more unified, manageable, and centrally directed set of relationships • Creative and campaign services. • Web and interactive development. • Website design and front–end development. • Web analytics implementation and optimization. • Brand and identity development. • UX research and user interface design. • Integrated campaign concepting and design. • Advertising creative (digital, print, broadcast, outdoor). • Copywriting and editorial content creation. • Graphic design for collateral, signage, and event materials. • Creative consulting and art direction (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 06, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
