DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks a qualified vendor to provide connected television (CTV) media planning and buying services for a three-year contract period. Campaigns will support undergraduate and graduate recruitment in national and international markets, image and brand awareness, alumni relations and development, and other assignments as needed. The vendor will provide an experienced media account team to support account management, media planning, media purchases, campaign management, and campaign status reporting.

The contractor will conduct research and use analytical tools and available data to develop effective media strategies and plans. Responsibilities will include providing analyses, evaluations, and recommendations; negotiating and placing CTV media; maintaining media buy schedules and ordering processes; and managing account and project finances to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.

The vendor will verify that media placements are delivered according to instructions and provide performance documentation. Additional duties include monitoring and evaluating media buys, preparing post-buy analyses within five business days of each campaign phase, tracking buy plans against budget limits, reporting media costs on a per-unit and per-lead basis, and completing billing reconciliations within five business days after each campaign unless otherwise agreed.
