The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive conference registration platform to support the end-to-end planning process, attendee management, hotel lodging logistics, and agenda or session registration.

The preferred platform should support both event websites and a mobile app, enabling the display of speakers and access to session-specific documents. Required features include support for custom forms, secure transaction processing, session management capabilities, real-time reporting, mobile optimization, integration with event apps, a branded attendee experience, and efficient administrative controls covering pre-event marketing through post-event analysis.

The platform must accommodate 1,000 to 3,000 registrations annually for between two and ten conferences. It should provide sites for advertising, planning, scheduling, attendee registration, handout distribution, and communication. The solution must also include an Abstract Management system for proposal reviews, facilitator applications, and program schedule planning. Departmental users should be able to access the platform via Single Sign-On using a preferred and approved authentication technology. Real-time dashboards, registration statistics, financial reports, and data export capabilities are also required.
