The provider will be responsible for ensuring menu variety, with all items and prices subject to city approval. Additional responsibilities include supplying all necessary cooking and eating utensils, paper goods, and any equipment required for the concession’s operation.

Vendors are expected to keep all concession premises and associated customer areas orderly and sanitary at all times. This includes removing all concession-related trash, maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior seating areas, and relocating trash to a designated city collection site.
