(1) Vendor needs to provide concession stand construction service to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.– Install materials furnished under this Section, other than materials that are expressly noted for installation under other Sections. – Installation work shall be performed by workmen compatible with those existents on the project site. – Equipment shall be of the latest design; new and unused, unless indicated otherwise in the Item Specifications, complete with all standard parts for normal operations and including such accessories or materials as may be required to comply with these Specifications – Provide neatly punched openings or cut–outs required to permit passage of plumbing and electrical services by related trades and to accommodate mounted switches and receptacles in the equipment. – Work in this Section shall include but shall not be limited to the following:– Catalogs items of equipment.– Fabricated equipment other than catalogs items.– Plumbing trim consisting of mechanical system components required for standard operation of equipment items such as faucets and waste outlets. Vacuum breakers shall be furnished for equipment where water is introduced less than 2 in. above flood level. – Electrical equipment forming an integral part of equipment items such as electric motors, heating elements, controls, switches, starters, temperature regulators and internal wiring to a control panel or switch, if mounted on the equipment. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
