A government authority in Atlantic, NJ is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction and installation services for a new concession stand. The project encompasses all related plumbing and electrical work necessary to ensure the concession stand's functionality and compliance with specifications.

The selected vendor will be responsible for installing both catalog-listed and fabricated equipment, as well as all necessary mechanical and electrical system components. The equipment is required to be new, of the latest design, and include all standard parts and accessories for normal operations. Vendors must ensure that all installations accommodate plumbing and electrical services, including properly installed openings for switches, receptacles, and systems integration. In addition, work includes providing plumbing trim, faucets, waste outlets, vacuum breakers, and electrical components such as motors, heating elements, controls, switches, and internal wiring.

All installation work should be performed by skilled professionals compatible with current site personnel. The contract period for this project is one year.
