KEY REQUIREMENTS

DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to manage and operate concession stand services. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for running the concession stand in full compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as applicable ordinances, permits, and regulations.

The concessionaire must obtain and maintain all necessary permits, certifications, and inspections needed to operate the stand, as well as to sell food and beverages. Hours of operation will fluctuate depending on the season, weather, scheduled activities, and other business factors. The concessionaire will be solely responsible for providing all supplies required to support the food and beverage operations. This contract will span a period of three years.
