The City of Florida is seeking an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive audio and lighting services for its ongoing Free Fridays Concert Series, held every Friday night. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, setting up, and operating audio and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality production throughout the concert series.

Required audio equipment includes two dual 18" subwoofers (approximately 2000 watts each or better), six 12" two-way monitors across five separate mixes (800 watts or more each), two center/front fills, a 32-channel digital mixer with at least eight outputs, and a 100-foot 32x8 snake. Additional equipment includes a microphone package with a minimum of six Shure SM58 microphones, four SM57s, a drum mic set (kick, snare, overheads, optional toms), one Shure wireless microphone, eight direct boxes, and other microphones as needed per each week's stage plot. All cabling, mic stands, power distribution, and band power stringers must also be provided.

The lighting package should comprise up lighting, a light tree, or both, and also include control of the house lighting system. Vendors are expected to supply all necessary technical support staff to operate both audio and lighting components during the series. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by February 3, 2026.
