(1) Vendor needs to provide concert series audio and lighting services.– Provide audio and lighting for its Free Fridays Concert Series, which runs every Friday night.– EQUIPMENT NEEDED:• 2 Dual 18" Subwoofer with ~ 2000 watts of power or better• 6x12" 2–way monitors on 5 different mixes• 800 watts or better, each• 2x center / front fills• 1x Digital Mixer, 32 channel with 8 or more outputs• 1x 100' 32x8 Snake• Mic Package to include a minimum of 6x Shure SM58, 4x SM57, Drum Mic Set–Kick; snare, overheads, toms optional, 8x Direct Boxes and other mics as per weekly stage plot needs, 1x Shure Wireless Mic• All mic stands, XLR and 1/4", speaker cabling, etc.• Power Distribution and band power stringers– Basic Lighting Package:• Up lighting, Light tree, or both• Includes control of House lighting system (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.
