Responsibilities include securing high-caliber Latin entertainment, leveraging strong industry relationships, and managing all aspects of production execution.

Key duties involve negotiating artist contracts, fees, riders, and hospitality requirements, as well as presenting talent options and budget proposals for approval prior to extending offers. Collaboration with event management will be essential to coordinate performance schedules, technical requirements, artist logistics, public announcements, and promotional needs.

The producer will ensure entertainment aligns with event objectives, target demographics, and attendance expectations.
