(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management systems and consulting services. – A highly qualified internet technology (IT) consulting firm to perform computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) consulting services. – Assist the agency in ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user proficiency to optimize maintenance operations and asset management. – Assist in developing and analysing boiler plate and custom reports for agency management. – Assist in equipment and asset updates and import–export data. – Assist in scheduling and the distribution of preventative maintenance (pm) work orders. – Advise management in defining its data reporting needs to satisfy the evaluation of key performance indicators. – Assist in developing a strategic training plan for existing and new users. – Assist in the development of strategic and efficient inspection plans to maximize our preparedness and customer service. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026.
