Sources Sought Notice – (Market Research) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for GLS. The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for an anticipated contract for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The purpose of this notice is to obtain information for planning purposes regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources. GLS operates and maintains two navigational locks (Eisenhower and Snell) with several electrical and mechanical systems and over 30 buildings within a 10-mile radius, and an inventory of approximately 3,000 items for supplies and spare parts. GLS seeks a web-based, securely cloud-hosted CMMS to support inventory management, preventative maintenance, and maintenance work order creation and tracking. The vendor will be required to implement the system, including importing and setting up initial inventory and assets, and initial setup of user accounts.
