The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) is seeking market research responses to identify potential vendors capable of providing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). GLS operates two navigational locks, the Eisenhower and Snell Locks, and oversees over 30 buildings within a 10-mile radius, managing an inventory of approximately 3,000 supply and spare part items.
GLS requires a web-based, securely cloud-hosted CMMS to streamline and support inventory management, preventative maintenance, and the generation and tracking of maintenance work orders. The selected vendor will be expected to implement the new system, including importing and configuring initial inventory and asset data, as well as establishing user accounts. This inquiry is intended for planning purposes to assess the availability and capabilities of qualified providers.
