(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system.– Provide procurement and implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.– Provide modern, highly configurable computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) capable of efficiently and effectively managing the full life cycle of its diverse water and wastewater assets.– System Modernization: address technology and business risks with the current systems.– Optimal funding utilization: considering the costs and associated risks, the agency seeks a better return on investment.– Enhance Customer Service: help enhance customer service by providing a comprehensive view of data, robust reporting, and facilitating better decision–making to serve citizens more effectively.– Provide a cloud–based Software as a Service (SaaS) product.– Provide ongoing technical support. After the system is live, the successful Offeror shall provide Ongoing technical support, system maintenance and software upgrades.– Adopt as many out–of–the–box processes as possible, fully leveraging the system’s built–in capabilities.– Integrate with existing systems and allow for easy migration of data between systems.– Advanced security protocols, encompassing data encryption, user access controls, and extensive audit logs (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2025.
