(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system.– Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to replace its existing in–house custom–built solution.– 130 regular users (i.e. service staff / technologists).– Cloud–hosted application & data storage.– Software–as–a–service pricing model.– Mobile solution required for 120 regular users.– Expectation is the proposed solution will include the following at a minimum:– Equipment/Asset Management.– Work Order Management.– Parts Warehouse/Inventory Management.– Preventive Maintenance Management.– Alert/Recall Management.– Dashboards & Reporting.– Repository/fields for Vendor Contacts/Addresses.– Ability to log Service Contract.– Interface capabilities with other systems, such as finance, IoT monitoring solutions, ERP, etc.
