Vendor needs to provide computerized learning management system. Provide computerized learning management system (LMS) that provides online new hire onboarding and ongoing professional development. Each training plan must be created for specific employees and assigned certain courses based on the requirements of those employees. Assigned courses should automatically repeat each year. Reports can be created on multiple levels, automatically, and on a monthly basis to notify a supervisor on the progress of their staff. Reports and transcripts can be easily printed to help with documentation for agency audits and training documentation, legal matters and investigations. Courses should be specific to all staff needs and requirements. Employee information: Editing, adding, or removing employee information should be easy and user–friendly. LMS should allow account deactivation for departing employees and account reactivation if the employee returns. Course library should be extensive and adhere to regulatory and compliance for public safety, public safety service and professional development for public safety. IT support should be available through multiple formats, including phone, chat and email. The contract period will be for one year.
