An agency in Alberta is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide technical support services for its Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems. The primary goal of this engagement is to ensure the effective operation and ongoing optimization of the agency's On Call Dispatch, Mobile Unit, and Mobile Responder software environment.
The selected vendor will provide subject matter expert (SME) support, including monthly summary reports detailing completed activities, unresolved issues, and recommendations for further optimization. Additional deliverables encompass documentation of configuration changes, workflow updates, and any modifications to the Hexagon On Call environment, as well as the development of training and knowledge transfer materials for City staff. The role also includes participating in scheduled technical or operational meetings as requested.
A physical workspace, secured work terminal, and remote network access will be provided. The contract term will be for one year.
