(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch technical support service– The Agency is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced proponents to provide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) subject matter expert (SME) support to ensure the effective operation and optimization of the agency software environment– The primary objective of this engagement is to ensure the effective operation and optimization of the agency On Call Dispatch, Mobile Unit and Mobile Responder, software environment. – A designated physical workspace, – A secured work terminal, and – Remote network access. Deliverables and Reporting – Monthly summary reports outlining completed activities, outstanding issues, and recommendations for optimization. – Documentation configuration changes, workflows, and updates made to the Hexagon On Call environment. – Training and knowledge transfer materials for City staff as applicable. – Participation in scheduled technical or operational meetings as required (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
