Logistics related to delivery and distribution of physical products or incentive prizes must be managed by the vendor, along with providing ongoing customer support throughout each campaign.

Post-campaign, the vendor is required to furnish detailed reporting and reconciliation of all financial transactions. The types of fundraising programs expected include product-based fundraising, experience and event-based fundraising, as well as digital and online fundraising options.
