(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive transportation and parking strategy services.– Produce a comprehensive, high–quality transportation, access, transit, and parking strategy– Deliverable should include an implementation plan for prioritized projects, including immediate needs (1–2 years), short–term (2–7 years), and long–term (7+ years).(2) A mandatory in–person pre–bid meeting will be held on December 2, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
