(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive tourism and destination marketing organization strategy services.– Promoting agency as a premier destination for leisure travel, sports, events, and meetings.– Comprehensive strategic partner to identify and build consensus around long–term tourism development priorities that will drive future growth and visibility.– Strategy will assess current initiatives, evaluate future tourism attractions coming to the city, and identify gaps where we can enhance how to best support changing tourism landscape.– Assess, observe, and analyze current and emerging conditions.– Comprehensive market study and full financial feasibility analysis for new and emerging assets, including the new hotel and convention center and the Perfect Game hotel element, focusing on regional retail tourism and sports tourism impact on hotel occupancy.– Adoptable Tourism Strategic Plan: A strategic blueprint setting measurable goals for visitation, spending, and room night growth, integrating all findings.– Evaluation of tourism trends and best practices from peer cities with similar anchor attractions, including entertainment retail and destination shopping.– Benchmarking against aspirational peer communities in similar suburban–urban markets.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
