The client is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive redesign of their public-facing website utilizing a modern content management system (CMS). The scope of work includes the installation, configuration, and customization of the CMS platform, along with configuring workflows for content approvals, setting up user permissions, and establishing governance rules.

Services will also encompass the planning and execution of content migration strategies and tools, as well as providing training for both content authors and editors, supported by detailed training materials and documentation.

The selected vendor will be responsible for site hosting, ensuring the provision and management of a secure and scalable hosting environment. The solution must support automated scaling to accommodate varied web traffic, and include robust backup and restore services with off-site redundancy for enhanced reliability. The contract will run for a period of three years.
