(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan review and update service to the government authority located in King George, VA. – Provide recommendations on future land use map and land use categories to ensure they meet long-term trends and address citizen and board of supervisor expectations. – Agricultural land use strategies to ensure preservation of open spaces as well as agricultural and forestry resources, environmentally sensitive features and historic and cultural resources. – Develop a brand, theme and slogan (including design of logo and tagline). – To modernize planning graphics, exhibits, and maps. – Provide updated demographic and housing analyses. – Design and format final plan document. • Prepare a detailed citizen engagement strategy utilizing a variety of outreach mechanisms including but not limited to the following: – Web-based presence. – Social media. – In-person public participation.
