A Minnesota agency is seeking qualified vendors to develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy. The selected contractor will collaborate closely with the agency to provide strategic marketing leadership, website design and implementation, lead generation, advertising campaign development, branding, storytelling, and ongoing analysis of marketing effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include creating and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with the agency's strategic plan and institutional goals. The contractor will design and implement a new agency website featuring prospective customer contact forms, easy-to-navigate course and curriculum listings, and robust search functionality. Additional tasks involve identifying effective media outlets and optimal advertising placements, establishing and optimizing lead generation systems, and developing creative content for digital, radio, print, billboards, and social media advertising.
The vendor will also support agency branding through the creation of photography, videography, success stories, testimonials, case studies, email marketing, newsletters, and other digital content. Regular audits and tracking of media placements, impressions, and engagement are required. The contract term is one year.
