A government authority in Port Chester, New York seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive locksmith services for properties throughout the municipality. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining a 24/7 emergency contact telephone number and must be able to respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes.
Services will include installation, replacement, adjustment, maintenance, and repairs of a variety of medium and high security locking devices. This covers low voltage electric door hardware, tubular locks, exit devices, exit alarms, door closers, door coordinators, hinges, and cabinet and drawer locks. Vendors will also be required to provide installation and maintenance of electronic key systems and related components, as well as the expansion of existing access control systems. Additionally, key impression services for locks without available keys are required.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
