The government authority in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive IT management and support services. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the authority's technology infrastructure, offering robust support across hardware, software, and network components.
Services will include 24/7/365 remote help desk support with tiered assistance, ticket tracking, and effective resolution management for all IT issues.
