(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive investment management system. – Provide a comprehensive investment management system with direct software access for eleven members of the investment team with installation, setup, training, and onboarding included. – Most financial software used by institutional asset owners are built on legacy technology and are unable to address all aspects of managing an institutional portfolio. – Many asset owners amass a collection of point solutions to facilitate their needs. – This results complex and redundant processes that impede efficiency and introduces operational risk. – provide a secure, scalable, and fully supported Comprehensive Investment Management System (CIMS) that integrates the Investment DUE Diligence (IDD), portfolio monitoring and operational processes across the entire portfolio. – The initial implementation will be focused on private markets IDD with subsequent phases for portfolio monitoring and operational processes. – Integrate with custodian systems to have a real time NAV of plan assets. – Automated collection of quarterly reporting and commentary with the ability to search and generate insights from across the entire universe of funds.
