The institution is seeking a comprehensive, integrated software solution designed to streamline survey administration, course evaluations, curriculum and catalog management, and strategic program and institutional planning. The solution must support survey creation, customization, and deployment via LMS or email, with multiple question types, custom faculty questions, automated communications, and robust reporting with access to raw data. Additional required features include student alerts and feedback modules, seamless integration with learning management and identity management systems, cloud-hosted access, mobile compatibility, and comprehensive audit trails.

The platform should also offer centralized course information, support for online catalog branding, forms for curriculum management, automatic population of information, workflow automation, notifications, and tools for program review such as reports, evidence management, dashboards, and labor market insights. Strategic planning alignment, collaboration features, cloud hosting, audit logs, encryption, SSO, APIs, and full system configuration are expected. The selected vendor must provide integrations, training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure streamlined institutional processes, improved data access, governance, and enhanced strategic alignment.

The contract will span three years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
