The government authority in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking vendors to deliver comprehensive integrated employment services to low-income families. The program requires service providers to offer a wide range of training, education, and job search support, empowering participants to pursue economic mobility through education, skills development, and job readiness. Providers will actively engage clients to help them achieve economic stability and progress through milestones that lead to sustainable employment with growth opportunities.

Economic assistance case managers will help connect clients and conduct learning disability assessments as needed. Coordination and co-case management with other providers will be essential to foster ongoing engagement and ensure participants establish, meet, and maintain personally meaningful goals. Regular convening with providers and contract managers is expected to review data, support outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Providers must demonstrate the capacity to manage life domains outlined in the Economic Stability Roadmap, including family stability, well-being, financial management, education and training, and employment and career advancement. Efforts should include hiring staff that reflect the area's language needs, access to interpretation services, and provision of program materials in multiple languages to maximize accessibility.

Program participants (families) are expected to communicate their needs, provide documentation, and actively engage in program activities alongside staff. Pre-bid meetings will be held April 7, 2026, and questions must be submitted by April 13, 2026.
