Vendor needs to provide comprehensive HRIS and payroll software. HRIS and payroll software will need to include the following functionalities and modules: talent acquisition, payroll, talent management, time and labor management, training and HR management. Automated Payroll processing; calculates wages, deductions, and taxes accurately and efficiently, saving time and reducing errors. Tax filing and compliance; handles tax calculations, filings and regulatory compliance, minimizing the risk of penalties. Employee self–service portal that allows employees to access and manage their payroll information, personal data, and time–off requests, reducing the administrative burden. Performance management to support performance reviews, and goal setting. Recruitment and onboarding to streamline the hiring process from applicant tracking to new hire onboarding. Reduced administrative workload, eliminate the need for duplication of data entry and automate tasks. Improved reporting that provides comprehensive reporting capabilities. Time and attendance tracking, accounting software interface, expandable, reliable and flexible software. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2026.
