(1) Vendor needs to provide equivalent software tool– provide Comprehensive Financial Investigation Solutions (CFIS) by Actionable IntelligenceTechnologies, Inc., or equivalent software – The Agency requires a software tool to enhance its ability to efficiently and accurately analyze data in support of criminal, civil, and administrative cases– Software providing the same functionality, to support investigative activities by processing and analyzing financial and related records.– This acquisition will enable agency to efficiently ingest, process, and analyze data from various sources, supporting the agency’s mission to investigate and address criminal, civil, and administrative matters. The ability to ingest financial records and other data including:– Digital and handwritten checks– Bank statements– Phone records– Invoices– Tax returns– Other records such as rental car reports, E–Pass History, Purchase Orders, Carhop, Venmo, Zella, and Coin Base (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) This is a small business set–aside.
