(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive engineering services to the government authority located in Leesburg, VA.– Engineering and architectural firms to provide planning, engineering and architectural services for various capital improvement projects under a term contract.– Construction Engineering and Inspection Services at the Leesburg Executive Airport are precluded from participating in this solicitation.– In addition, the awarded firm (and subconsultants) resulting from this solicitation will be precluded from future procurements for construction services and construction engineering and inspection services for the executive airport during the term of the resultant contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2026.
