Denali Borough is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive economic development strategy. The selected consultant will conduct data collection and analysis, strategic planning, public outreach, and technical writing to craft an actionable strategy that guides local government and community action for economic development.

The process will include robust public engagement, with regular Strategy Committee meetings held at least quarterly. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating both committee and public meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Working documents must be accessible to the project coordinator and committee members throughout the engagement.

The public involvement plan will incorporate a project website that is mobile-friendly and compatible across various browsers. The website will serve as a key platform for community engagement and project updates. This contract is anticipated to last one year.
