(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive economic development strategic plan services to– Economic Assessment –Workforce and Educational Institution Analysis –Cluster, Location Quotient, and Target Industry Analysis – Business and Industrial Park Strategies a. Strategies for developing spec buildings and shovel ready sites b. Identify locations for business and industrial park locations c. Make recommendations to capitalize on development of land sites – Marketing Strategies – a. Strategies for marketing to internal and external audiences b. Provide recommendations for a new tagline and marketing campaigns c. Provide marketing plan – Implementation Plan – Community Involvement – Review of previous strategic plans and other associated documents to include but not limited to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, City Council Strategic Plan; growth, development, recent announcements and the associated impacts on our Economic. (2) All question had been submitted no later than December 9, 2025. (3) A contract period will be for three years.
